Triple Layer Chocolate Cookie Bars

1/2 cup butter 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1-7oz.pkg.flaked coconut 1-14oz.can eaglebrand milk 1-12oz.semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Preheat oven to 350F. In a 13x9 baking pan melt butter in oven.Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter.Top evenly with coconut then eaglebrand milk.Bake 25 mins.or until lightly browned.In sm.saucepan,over low heat,melt chips with peanut butter.Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.Cool 30 mins.Chill.Cut into bars.Store at room temp.

Fudge Nut Brownies

1-12oz.pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cups butter 2 cups bisquit baking mix 1-14oz.can eaglebrand milk 1 egg beaten 1 tsp.vanilla 1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts icing sugar Preheat oven to 350F.In lrg. saucepan,over low heat melt 1 cup chips with butter then remove from heat. Add bisqiut mix,eaglebrand milk,egg and vanilla.Stir in nuts and remaing chips.Turn into a well greased pan 13x9.Bake 20-25 mins.or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.Cool,Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

1-Chocolate graham crust 3-8oz.pkgs.of cream cheese 1-14oz.can eaglebrand milk 1-12oz.pkg.semi sweet chocolate chips melted 4 eggs 2 tsps.vanilla Preheat oven to 300F. In lrg.bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.Gradually beat in eaglebrand milk until smooth.Add remaining ingredients,mix well.Pour into prepared chocolate crust.Bake 1 hr. and 5 mins.or until center is set.Cool.Chill.Garnish with a sprinkle of icing sugaar and serve.

Double Chocolate Cookies

2 cups bisquit baking mix 1-140z.can eaglebrand milk 1-12oz.pkg.semi sweet chocolate chips melted 3 tblsp.butter melted 1 egg 1 tsp.vanilla 6-1-1/4 oz.white candy bars with almonds broken into sm.pieces 3/4 cup chopped nuts Preheat oven to 350F. In lrg.bowl combine all ingredients except candy pieces and nuts,beat until smooth. Stir in remaing ingredients.Drop by rounded tsp.2" apart onto a ungreased baking sheet.Bake 10 mins or until tops are slightly crusted.Cool.Store tightly covered at room temp.
