ROCKY ROAD FUDGE
2 cups chocolate chips 1 can eagle brand condensed milk 2 tbsp.butter or margarine 2 tsp.vanilla 2
cups peanuts coarsly chopped 10 oz.minature marshmallows Over low heat melt,choc chips,milk and butter.Remove from heat and
stir in vanilla and nuts.Cool to lukewarm.Place marshmallows in a lrg.bowl.Fold in chocolate mixture.Spread in waxed paper
lined pan 9x9.Chill until firm.Remove from pan and peel off wax paper.Cut intosquares

Peanut butterchip Bars
Prep Time:10mins. Ready in 30 mins. Serves 8 people 1 cup kraft peanut butter 1/2 cup sugar 1
egg 2 squares semi sweet chocolate cut in chunks Mix together peanutbutter,sugar&egg Spread in small baking dish Sprinkl3e
with chocolate chips Bake at 325 F for 20 mins. Let cool before cutting

STICKY BUNS
Spray bundt pan with cooking spray. Cut up candied cherries,raisins nuts or whatever you prefer on
the bottom of pan. Take 1 pkg.of frozen buns 8 prefered so they have room to proof Sprinkle with 1/2 pkg.of butterscotch pudding
mix powder(the cooked kind not instant) Mix together 1/2 cup butter each softened,brown sugar,white sugar,and paste over top
of buns and sprinkle with cinnamon Cover with a towel and let rise over nite. Bake at 350 F for 20 mins. Turn upside down
on plate and serve slightly warm
