CRANBERRY ORANGE PIE

1-9" pie shell Filling 1-8oz.bag Of Fresh Cranberries 1-8oz.cup Of Orange Juice 1 1/2 cups of sugar 1 Cup Of Water 1 Tablespoon of Cornstartch Placw all these ing. in lrg pot with the exception of cornstartch and bring to a boil.Make sure you taste for sweetness.When it boils thicken with the cornstartch and water.Place a lattice crust across the top and bake for abot 40 mins.at 350 F.Place in refridgerator for about 2 hrs.Then serve with a sprinkle of icing sugar and whip cream.Serves about 7 people depending on size of slices.

STRAWBERRY DREAM PIE

Prep Time:20Min. Dissolve 1 pkg.strawberry jello powder in 2/3 cup boiling water.Add 2 cups ice cubes.Stir until jelly has thickened.Stir in 1 cup crushed strawberrys.Fold in 1 tub cool whip topping.Pour into ready made graham pie shell.Chill 3 hrs.Serves 8 people

1-9" pie shell Filling 3cups Cranberries 1 cup raisins 1 cup water 1/2 cup lemon juice 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons cornstartch 1/2 tsp.salt 1/2 tsp.cinnamon 1/2 tsp.nutmeg Boil all ingredients together except the cornstartch.Make sure you taste for sweetness.Then thicken with cornstartch and water.Pour into 9" pie shell,make a lattice top for it and bake at 350 F for about 40 mins.Place in refridgerator for about 1 hr.Then serve with a sprinkle of icing sugar and whip cream.Serves about 7 people.
