Chicken Fajita's
1 chicken breast cut into strips cooked 1/2 green pepper cut into strips 1/2 red pepper cut into strips
1/2 onion cut into strips seasoning,soya sauce saute all ingredients in pan with olive oil until tender. Place in a lrg.tortia
shell.wrap from bottom up then sides over.Serve with sour cream

Stuffed Peppers
6 lrg.green peppers 1 lb.ground beef 2 tbsp.chopped onion 1 cup cooked rice 1 tsp.salt 1/2 tsp.garlic
powder 1 can 15oz.tomato sauce 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Cut thin slice from stem end of each bell pepper.Remove
seeds and membranes.rinse well.Cook peppers in boiling water to cover,about 5 mins.drain,Cook ground beef and onion in 10"skillet,stirring
occasionaly,until beef is light brown.Drain.Stir in rice,salt,garlic powder and 1 cup of the tomato sauce.Heat through until
hot. Heat oven at 350F .Stuff peppers pour remaing sauce over top .Cover and bake 45 mins.Uncover and bake with the sprinkled
cheese over top another 15 mins. Serves 6 people
Three-Bean Salad
1 can 16 oz.green beans drained 1 can 16 oz.waxed beans drained 1 can 15 oz.kideny beans drained 4
green onions(with tops)chopped 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsely 1 cup italian dressing 1 tbsp.sugar 2 cloves garlic,crushed Mix
beans,onions and parsely.Mix italian dressing,sugar and garlic.Pour over bean mixture and toss.Cover and refridgerate for
about 3 hrs.then served chiiled.

Home Made Baked Beans
1-8oz.pkg.of white pea beans 1 tbsp.dry mustard 2 tbsp.ketchup salt and pepper to taste 1 cup brown
sugar 3 strips bacon Cook white pea beans in boiling water until they crak Strain all beans off into a sprayed 9x13 pan Add
your dry mustard,ketchup,salt and pepper,brown sugar and mix well. Place 3 strips of bacon over top and bake in a 350 F oven
for about 1 hr.Beans should be nice and tender
